Job Description

-Working the basic computer's skills, such as Word and Excel -Answer the Incoming calls of costumer Specifically & Politely according to the related scenarios -representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints and offer possible solutions -Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times -Communicating with customers through various channels like telephone, email -Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints -Knowing our services so that you can answer questions -Keeping records of customer comments and complaints -Communicating and coordinating with colleagues (sales, purchasing) as necessary -Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process -Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support -Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in related major -Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position -Good office Skills (Excel, power point) -Good Customer Relationship Skills -Good Communication Skills -High self-expression Skills -Enthusiastic in Team Working -Having a Good Voice -Good Listening Skills -Excellent Problem-solving capabilities -Multi-tasking ability -Good Negotiation Skills -Fluent in Turkish and English (writing)-Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 24 - 28 Years old
