Job Description

•To define long-term and short-term strategies, monitor Input KPIs (Performing Seller, Selling Assortment,) and set target and monitor output KPIs (NMV, Item Sold,) for MP growth •Generating and implementing initiatives to drive business improvement, innovation, and scale across the Market Place business as a whole •To Design, Implement and Manage both automated and semi - automated life cycle from Seller acquisition to seller performance management •To Design and implement a performance based process for new sellers focusing on future growth, with focus on training, sales and operation performance •To Manage Commercial and Operational seller performance with a problem focused bucket system (based on sales, seller potential,) •To Increase the participation and effectiveness of campaigns for mid and long tail sellers •To be aligned and communicate with seller onboarding team in order to improve seller funnel, increase number of on boarded sellers and decrease dead and non performing sellers rate per category •To have continuous meeting and communication with CCO and vertical managers in order to ensure involvement and alignment of long tail sellers in commercial strategies •To develop Regular and specified Training Plan for team members, explaining them department strategy and keep high Motivation and Involvement. •To invest time in understanding category strategic goals and develop aligned strategies to support them through long tail seller management. •To work closely with commercial operation teams to improve operational KPIs and facilitate seller operational process •To collaborate with cross-functional teams that support business needs, including Customer experience, marketing and technology to ensure processes are in place for flawless execution

Requirements

•At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commercial Management or any other related fields •Minimum five years of work experience in Sales Management, business development or project management role •Strong business judgement backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses •Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings •Negotiation track-record and demonstrated ability to influence others •Strong Leadership and people management skills •Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines •Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results – self-starter and self-directed, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment •Passion about improving both customer and seller experience •Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning
