Job Description

JOB Purpose is to provide a professional maintenance service to one of the biggest operator. • 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities • 2nd Level Incident Management • To perform job tasks while ensuring high customer satisfaction with services provided by IT • Problem Management • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills • Good communication skills • Experience in support for real time systems and large scale solutions • To follow Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

• System Administration Core Competences • Knowledge of Managed Service Telecom Operations Practice • IT/Telecom service understanding • Linux system administration skills • Database SQL scripting • General knowledge of IP infrastructure • Knowledge of programming language is preferable • Language skills
