Job Description

-Asset reliability and availability -Perform work management process based on ASTAR -Identify and scope the work incl. manpower utilization, necessary tools and facilities, Spare parts, maintenance services -Execute planned /unplanned daily assigned works properly, on time and safely as a work leader according to related standards and work instructions -Submit feedback related to all assigned discipline activities to head of department -Coordinate contractor manpower, tools and facilities for execution of assigned work during planned/unplanned shutdown -Defect reporting and taking part in daily plant inspection •Physical Asset Management -Execute on time and proper execution of PM activities -Create, review and follow PM punch list / identification of interval time for all shop’s machines and proper execution of PM activities and submit actual feedback to PM optimization department -Provide technical feedback about failures for further investigation in RCA -Coordinate and execute all assigned work during overhaul -Assist spare specialist with technical information of spare parts -Fault finding, reporting and follow up resolving for improving equipment reliability -Implement new changes in the process of Management of change (MOC/TSR) -Execute maintenance work instructions -Cooperate in preparing maintenance work instructions -Ensure of certificate validation for all work shop’s lifting devices •Technical activities: •Implement & find out failure mode of below mentioned equipment in order to fix problems according to the work instructions: -All types of valves such as: gate valve, glob valve, ball valve, plug valve, needle valve, three way valve, butterfly valve
