Requirements
Technical Skills: • 3+ years of experience as a web/app designer • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch • Having a portfolio that showcases great UX/UI work • Possess a good understanding of responsive design • Follow the best visual design practices and standards Soft Skills: • Willing to learn and adapt to a changing work environment • Comfortable with English, especially in reading and writing • Strong team and communication skills • Detail-oriented, with focus on maintainability and testability • Self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and motivate others Bonus: • Excellent visual communication skills • Familiar with collaborative design tools, namely InVision • Familiar with Material/Flat Design, UI Fabric, or similar
