Job Description

● Collection of product requirements through research methods (User Requirement gathering and System Requirement gathering). ● Plan and implementation of various quantitative and qualitative research projects. ● User-centered research including basic research and evaluation. ● Document every step of the research process. ● Analyze user behavior with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, FireBase and etc. ● Perform usability tests and types of product evaluation tests. ● Identify and analyze users' pain points based on user research. ● Research and identify problems, needs, goals, and desires of product managers.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of user experience researcher. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning). ● In-depth understanding of UI design and basic principles of user experience. ● The desire for continuous learning and interaction. ● Ambitious and positive attitude towards work. ● Ability to receive constructive criticism to improve the end result. Specialized abilities: ● Experience of User Interview and Usability Test sessions. ● Mastering the concepts and tools of analytics and monitoring the user experience of the product. ● Mastering the concepts and rules of user experience design and user interface (UX). ● Ability to document the product design process (Research). ● Familiarity with product design evaluation methods (Usability Test and Heuristic Evaluation). ● In-depth knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis. ● A critical thinker and a practical problem solver. ● Interest in CX and customer orientation. ● Familiarity with the methods of evaluating the designs done (quantitative and qualitative). ● Familiarity with data collection methods for designing persona users.
