Job Description
- To Ensures utilities are managed in a safe way and compliant with law and regulation and energy consumption are in-line with energy KPI’s - To lead site sustainability agenda, such as water and energy reduction and carbon emission reduction - To Lead/manages the Utilities team of Utilities Operators and Area Technicians. Ensures proper team alignment and is responsible for the performance and technical development of the team (i.e. including performance evaluations/reviews) - To Analyze and controls the Utilities process to meet performance requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - Minimum of 3 years management experience in technical surrounding (leading and coaching a team), preferably within maintenance and/or operations - Familiar with: RO set, Ammonia compressor (Refrigerant sys.), Air compressor, Co2 producer plant - Well experienced in Utilities (process) management, handling and control. - Good knowledge of the maintenance processes, like workflow management, maintenance engineering, supply & inventory management. - Fluent in English
