Job Description
Successful candidate will be responsible to take care of: • All electrical systems (HV/LV generation and distribution, Transformers, Switch gears, Generators, Cabling, UPS, Earthling and lightning protection, and Energy monitoring) • CA and Vacuum generation and distribution • Water and waste water treatment rooms and drainage points • Fuel storage and distribution • HVAC • Hot Water Boilers and circulation • Building management, Civil works and landscaping • Firefighting and fire alarm system • a comprehensive maintenance plan in place for all utility equipment and follow proper execution and 100% compliance to plan • Budget management of utility division • Leading utility team in 3 shifts, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week
Requirements
1. BSc. In Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering 2. At least 3 years related experience in managerial roles 3. Overall knowledge of utility equipment’s 4. Overall knowledge of procurement, contract preparation and payments 5. Experienced in planning and records management 6. Ready to work under pressure and in fast pace environment 7. Ready to work for long hours or during weekend, if needed 8. English Fluency is a must 9. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills 10. AutoCAD drawing and modification skills 11. Overall knowledge around EHS standards and procedures is an advantage 12. Karaj/Qazvin resident or ready to move to Karaj
