Job Description

● Preparing USO plan with considering MTNIrancell requirements (village/road coverage & high demand/traffic area). ● Bringing enough justification for a new plan and new budget. ● Evaluating SAR, TSSR, SSV, SOAC, Radio PAT/FAT, and issuing the certificate. ● Expressive of Atoll for physical data updating, used model tuning and parameters of sites. ●Ensuring accurate data entry and keeping the DB tools updated. ● Monitoring RAN KPI and following issues from vendors, SCs, and suppliers. ● Supporting and monitoring radio plans assignment to SC and implementation over the assigned area. ● Providing monthly and ad hoc reports regarding the new plans, plan implementation, challenges and solutions, and so on. ● Proposing new solutions for board planning, decreasing cost of implementation and power system. ● Preparing detail of network modernization such as swapping, replacing, adding new board, technology, layer. ● Providing repeater plan and following implementation for low coverage area. ● Following customer, coverage complaints and adjusting plan where it is applicable. ● Following implementation plan with CPG/SC and ensure implementation is executing as per plan. ● Preparing SoW and raising CR to vendors and contractors for new equipment or new service of Radio plan implementation. ● Attending Optimization, Planning, and CPG/SC meetings regarding network performance and plan implementation. ● Attending CRA meetings related to coverage or performance issues. ● Readiness to go to the region/site mission/visit for planning and implementation purposes and meeting with customers. ● Preparing and supporting for answering coming letters from CRA/ICT.
