Provide cell culture, cell line development, cell harvesting and banking operations to upstream pharmaceutical manufacturing
Work with media and buffer preparation, as well as seed prep for manufacturing operations
Provide expertise with working in bench scale to large scale fermentation by working with bioreactors
Participate in the editing and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for upstream and cell processes
Actively support SIP (sterilization in place) and CIP (clean in place) to upstream manufacturing equipment to ensure aseptic technique within the manufacturing processes
Requirements
2+ years of experience in upstream manufacturing
Experience working with cell culture, harvesting, banking, operation of bioreactors and fermentation
BS/MS Degree in Biology majors. (Microbiology ,Molecular and cellular Biology ,Biochemistry)
Support tech transfer to the process development department
