Job Description

We (a recently founded Internet Startup that is starting to develop a B2B Marketplace) are looking for a designer to help create amazing digital experiences for our customers that includes web, mobile web, and mobile app design. This project encompasses market and user research, UX design (wireframes, prototypes), and UI design (websites, mobile). Work can be done 100% remotely and you are free to choose your working hours per week. We are looking for somebody who can work 15 - 20 hours per week at a very competitive salary. Responsibilities: ● Working closely with the product owner and technical team in order to produce a leading product in the online recruitment marketplace. ● Developing the concepts and designs with the aid of analyzing current products and per page UI fields or actions given to you by the product team. ● Proving ideas by building quickly, getting feedback, and iterating prototypes. ● Considering user research, user testing, and information architecture to successfully reach the end goal. ● Arranging separate interactions into rational user journeys of a specific service to provide a better user experience for our users.

Requirements

Special skills needed for this project: ● Advanced knowledge of tools such as Sketch, Invision Studio, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud; Marvel, or other related software. ● Ability to work remotely. ● Experience in designing icons, banners, etc. ● UI/UX site and application design experience. ● Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flow, etc. ● Creative ideas to solve problems and provide solutions. ● Responsible and interested in work and learning. ● Regular and committed. ● Able to communicate in English.
