Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for a talented Web Visual Designer who is passionate about design and will be responsible for the look and feel, design quality and overall visual user experience using color, style, type, icons, and etc. While working closely with product management, interaction designers and developers in an agile development environment to turn concepts into products. Visual Designers combine break-through creativity with a deep knowledge of the latest technical capabilities. They lead our visual design efforts by creating responsive interfaces that are not only beautiful and functional, but also easy to use. •Main Responsibilities: -Equalizes in user experience strategy and design -Coordinates and contributes to the experience design for external digital communications and Web sites for the company, including content development, user research, user-centered design processes, project leadership, and user experience prototyping and development -Assists in efforts to expand and enhance the digital delivery channels of the company, improving the user experience for accessing current and future publications, outreach, research, data, special projects, speeches, education materials, multi-media content, and other types of communications that support the mission of the company -Assesses product, user research, and design requirements -Analyzes relevant internal and external sites to determine best practices -Develops, tests and refines prototypes -Collaborate with product management, interaction designers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience -Develops sketches, screen layout and visual components to effectively communicate design ideas to project objectives -Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks -Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders -Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback -Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards *This is a full time job position.
