Job Description
We are looking for UI-UX Designer who is passionate about design and will be responsible for the look and feel, Design quality and overall user experience using color, style, type, icons, and etc. Responsibilities: - Participate in user experience strategy and design - Coordinates and contributes to the user experience design - Assesses product, user research, and design requirements - Develops, tests and refines prototypes - Collaborate with product management, interaction designers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience - Develops sketches, screen layout and visual components - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements
- Bachelors or higher degree in a field relevant to design, or equivalent UX experience - At least 2 years’ experience in a combination of user experience design, interaction design, service design, and similar in complex domains, with the corresponding mastery of a wide range of effective tools and practices - History of acquiring and applying user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing exploratory research) - Excellent time management skills and the ability to be self - Directed when needed
