Job Description

- Analyzing Cash Flow Reports on a daily basis - Ability to arrange with Banks Facilities such as commercial loans - Set the meetings with Banks and Exchange Offices - Manage all payment methods and planning the payments and bank transfers on a daily basis - Following issuance and extension of Letter of Guarantees and Letter of Credits - Manage the closing process for month-end and year-end - Communicating with External and Internal Auditors and preparing required reports - Preparing the Cash Budgeting Reports and Notes to the Financial Statements - Controlling all accounting entries and Sub-ledgers balances on a weekly and monthly basis - Play as a Team Builder and assisting managers to achieve company goals - Providing solutions for improvement and development of financial processes

Requirements

Theoretical Knowledge: - BA or MA in Accounting, Audit - IACPA, CIMA, ACCA preferred (qualified or part qualified) - Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles, financial procedures, and internal controls - Familiar with Iran Accounting Standards and IFRS Experience / Technical Skiles: - 7 years of combined experience in audit, accounting or finance - At least 3 years of experience as Treasury Supervisor or similar roles - Experience in e-commerce Companies is a plus - Experience with ERP systems such as Rahkaran, SAP, IFS, etc. - Deep knowledge of Treasury & Finance (A/P, A/R, LG, LC, Petty Cash, Bank) - Experience with organization workflows - Familiar with Anti-Money Laundering Law, Banking and financial instructions - Deep knowledge of TAX and SSO - High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) - Knowledge and Experience with Multi Currencies payments and receipts - Ability to work under pressure and deadlines - Team building and ability to arrange treasury team in Best Practice
