Job Description

The incumbent is responsible to support LBS and treasury managers in treasury operations of the Iran market within the limits defined in the local/global policy and procedures.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Distributors' settlements.
  • Ensure that the amount of deposit in bank accounts is matched with the sales order of the distributor and confirm the sales order of distributors in the Rahkaran system on a daily basis.

Local payments:

  • Responsible for all local payments of the company to suppliers, governmental bodies (customs, excises, rent taxes, CIT taxes, VAT, etc.), and internal ones (like salary, petty cash, expense reports, etc.) based on proper supporting documents while providing necessary communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for booking all the related vouchers on time and accurately in Rahkaran and doing the necessary analysis.

Cash management:

  • Realize inter-company fund transfers and bank-to-bank transfers according to a cash position.
  • Have close relationships with banks to follow up on the payments to the suppliers and be updated about any changes in banking regulations/legislation.
  • Have a close relationship with treasury and tax managers for cash management and ad hoc requests.
  • Responsible to manage and monitor letters of guaranteed operations taking company credit limits and bank commission rates.
  • Booking and calculating bank interest to be sure they are calculated accurately by banks.
  • Controlling and following up on receivable accounts of employees and informing them of settlement (based on cash advance policy).

Reports:

  • In charge of daily treasury reports like daily bank reports and bank balances, updating weekly BW banking portal.
  • In charge of treasury monthly closing reports including bank reconciliations, reports of currencies, bank interests, and block amounts by banks.
  • Preparing and monitoring the relevant J-Sox reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, or Accounting.
  • 7 years relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of working with Rahkaran and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, speaking, and writing.
