Job Purpose: The incumbent will be Responsible for local payments of company, Bank reconciliation and all related reports. Main area of responsibility: - Responsible for local payments of company based on proper supporting documents before issuing cheques. - Provide daily cash reporting and complete PPO & Treasury report. - Prepare weekly and monthly Bank reconciliation report based on accounting software (Rahkaran). - Follow up payment transfers to third parties and provide related department with payment slips. - Responsible for delivering Treasury documents to accounting to ensure timely booking of related vouchers. - Prepare monthly cheque report for CFO and PPO.
Education: - University degree in accounting or commercial. Work Experience and Competencies: - Treasury knowledge - Being able to work under pressure - Strong communication and customer service skills - Detail oriented & highly organized - Strong analytical skills - Team work spirit. Languages and Computer Skills: - English knowledge (spoken & written) - Computer literate (Windows, Excel etc) Rahkaran system - Knowledge of Hamkaran system
