Job Description
● Supervise travel affairs and relevant logistics (International and Domestic affairs) book transportation, make hotel reservations, and advise employees about payment and fees.
● Assist in tracking annual medication, educational assistance, sports expenses of expatriates and following up its financial burden.
● Negotiate with hotels and other agencies for better services.
● Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
