Job Description
● To plan, design, and optimize core transmission network capacity for MTNIrancell traffic load requirements.
● To plan, design, and update core transmission network protection and redundancy plans.
● To coordinate and monitor the implementation of non-turnkey, vendors and subcontractors planned core TX projects.
● To balance requirements and demands from multiple BSS and NSS vendors, as well as internal customers to deliver a quality core TX network.
● To monitor the delivery of planned physical connectivity according to topology and IP plan and do needed optimization.
● To act as an interface with multiple PAO (Public Authority Operator) providers to adapt plans according to their availability.
● To coordinate the schedule of the contractors installing the core transmission equipment and ensure that targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, and speed.
● To coordinate the process of planning and optimizing additional capacity for transmission using appropriate technologies.
● To implement policies of planning and optimizing for the deployment of transmission equipment.
● To enforce agreed SLA with installation vendors and report on the progress of projects as per plan.
● To schedule the contractors installing the transmission infrastructure and ensure that targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality and speed.
