-Evaluation and selection of educational suppliers and instructors -Organizing training courses within the organization and coordinating for outsourcing courses -Review of seminars and conferences and selection of conferences for company employees -Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses

Requirements

-Introduction of evaluation systems for suppliers and instructors -Ability to examine the effectiveness of training courses -Familiarity with a variety of educational effectiveness models -Knowledge of knowledge management -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40
