About the Department As part of Novo Nordisk Pars’ People & Organisation (P&O) team, you will be working in a dynamic team with 3 other dedicated employees in Tehran. We have a large focus on training, which is why we are looking for a new Training & Development Specialist to support us in the journey towards a state-of the art training set-up. The Department’s key focus is to add value and make a difference across NN Pars Affiliate by ensuring efficient HR processes, delivering high quality training and development programs, and building strong engagement and excel in our performance. We go the extra mile to support our organisation and we believe in the cause of our company mission. The position You will be reporting to the P&O Director and you will have a crucial role in securing fast and efficient ramp up of competences in our growing organisation, as well supporting the development of a new training set-up. You will lead and run training and implementation initiatives and projects, in close cooperation with the Line of Business. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement a systematic, robust and efficient training set-up across the Affiliate. In other words, your stakeholder management/engagement and project management skills will be needed in this role.

Requirements

-University degree in a related field, preferably HR, education and/or training development management -Between 4 - 6 years of work experience in the area of training, development or similar -It is an advantage if you have worked with training design, including implementation of theoretical and practical training, On-boarding, and Competence Management. Experience in coaching, leadership development and/or project management is an advantage -Self-driven and have a proven ability to challenge and influence decision-making processes by communicating seamlessly at all organizational levels, balancing expectations of local and regional stakeholders, and building strong relations with all types of stakeholders -Fluent in Farsi and English, both written and verbal. You have preferably international experience, minimally experience in a multi-national company. You possess basic IT competencies
