It oversees and supports the full employee lifecycle management. The department consists of a diverse team of P&O business partners, P&O and EHS professionals, and administration and is now in search of a training and development manager. It is a team of motivated and passionate colleagues, who strive for continuous improvement in people processes, employee engagement, and organizational development. The position: As a training and development manager, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of training and development in the affiliate, contributing to developing and delivering training and learning programs to increase employee competence and achieving business objectives: ● Strategic partnership in learning and development. ● Introduce training and learning interventions. ● Run induction/onboarding program. ● Drive leadership development. ● Support in talent management such as talent development needs, scopes, and program designs. ● Support in the planning and execution of P&O projects.
