-Search and design new courses syllabus and content
-Anticipates and foresees technology training needs and works with managers to design effective programs
-Develops, writes and maintains effective reference materials for training, clearly written, and in accordance with standards
-Create and review metadata for educational activities including books, videos, games, assessments, and other learning objects
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
-Proficiency with software tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
-Attention to detail under tight deadline constraints
-Experience developing training materials/programs
-Experience developing online learning (e-learning) courses
-Must be fluent in English
