Job Description

• Identify training needs through up-to-date methods, surveys, interviews with employees and managers • Develop training curricula and recommend vendor programs meeting instructional goals and objectives • Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops • Select or develop training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works • Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs • Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods • Analyze and assess training and development needs for individuals, departments, and/or external organizations • Review instructor performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods • Participate in other Human Resource functions

Requirements

- University qualifications: BA/MS in Human Resources Management, Training, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or other relevant fields - More than 2 years of experience in Training and Human Resources - Excellent command of Microsoft Excel - Good command of English - Other Skills: Flexibility, honesty, hardworking, ability to communicate at all levels, team working and time management
