Job Description

The Training and Development Supervisor is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses enterprise-wide developmental needs to drive development initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements performance Management system. This position is responsible for creating and providing a variety of professional development opportunities to the employees across a variety of training formats. Some of job descriptions are as below: • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment. • Identify gaps and deficiencies in performance of the employee population • Ensures the implementation and functionality of all web-based course ware. • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts. • Evaluates performance and development systems, programs, and processes and makes recommendations for improvement. • Runs performance management, development centers and succession plan projects effectively. • Oversees record-keeping and tracking pertaining to talent development activities. • Stays current on distance and web-based course design technology, tools, and practices. • Manage, leads and motivates HR generalist directly. • Monitor and track L&D budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Human Resource Management. PHRI is a plus. • Related experience as a Training and Development Manager/ Supervisor for at least 3 years. At least 6 years experiences at HR. Working experiences at multinational companies is a plus. • Ability to design, develop and deliver performance management and training programs. • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and communication skills. • Effective project management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects at one time. • Customer-focused orientation. Superb attention to detail and analytical skills.
