Job Description
To support Trade Marketing Manager in the development of Trade Marketing, sales programmers initiatives, and sales team capabilities, aiming at improving retail execution and Hybrid productivity and achieving the company’s objectives across all channels.
● Provide a complete administrative service to facilitate organizational processes and allow them to concentrate on mainstream activities.
● Provide a complete correspondence service, routing correspondence as necessary and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all mail is dealt with efficiently.
● Prepare documentation and arrange for delivery to customers and other departments as required.
● Establish and maintain records and filing systems.
● Perform data entry as required by the sales and marketing team in order to track customers, contracts, revenues, and opportunities.
● Run basic analysis and produce system generated daily, weekly, and monthly Sales reports as required by the team.
Implement new reporting process, and migrate from manual reporting
● Analysis reports and Evaluation of activities.
● Provide required reports to HR for the monthly process of the pre-sellers monthly incentive scheme.
● Communicate monthly KPIs of pre-sellers to Area Sale Managers.
● Measure and document effects of existing and new merchandising standards and coolers and communicate results/recommendations to Trade Marketing Manager.
