Job Description

The objective of the role: The goal is to create a lasting relationship between product customers (including points of sale) and the sales team with the goal of increasing loyalty and increasing sales based on brand policies. List of responsibilities: 1- Establishing effective communication between the pillars of the organization, especially the marketing unit, with sales teams and directing sales team policies based on brand policies. 2- Participate in the development and presentation of the business marketing plan, including providing solutions and budgeting based on the needs of the sales team and supporting the activities of the sales organization. 3- Continuous review of competitors' activities using the information received from the forces present in the field as well as market research reports. 4- Provide executive methods to maximize the presence of products in sales outlets through sales team support in establishing effective communication with these outlets. 5- Properly formulate and implement the necessary activities for the effective presence and availability of goods for the end customer in order to increase the probability of purchase with appropriate solutions such as arrangement or sampling in points of sale. 6- Follow the protocols developed to protect the company's property and make maximum use of them in order to increase the efficiency of this property in sales points.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or engineering in all majors. Nature and length of previous experience: At least 4 years of experience in the related field of Marketing - 2 years of experience at supervisory / management. Specialist knowledge: - Good knowledge of MS Office - Monitor business alignment and the ability to manage the business through creativity, awareness of fashion, and commercialization. Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Strong verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work as a team
