Job Description

•Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships •Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities •setting sales target to sales channel •Auditing POSMs and shelf rents with sales team •familiar with retail audits reports •Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing and sale campaigns •Guiding day to day marketing activities •Providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends •Monitoring the implementation of the campaign by the third party •Participating in creative development and deliver within timelines •Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) •Analyzing the previous marketing and sales campaigns and suggest better plans for future campaigns •Using sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products. •Monitoring competitor’s activity.

Requirements

•At least bachelor in Management/Marketing/Industrial Engineering or MBA •At least 3-4 years of related experience in FMCG sector •Expert in Microsoft Office -Problem solving skills •Strong marketing skills •Creativity and Innovation •Highly motivated for learning •Team working experience and abilities •Strong Negotiation and communication skill •Ability to create social relationships and connection •Analytical thinking skills •Gender Preference: Male/Female •Ideal Age Range: 25 – 35
