Job Description

• Set and implement monthly /annual stores activity plans (aligned with budget) • Set and implement new products launch plan • Monitor market competition activities, price and prepare monthly price index report. (price controlling) • Develop and implement all types of POP, display stands … for all categories. (Max visibility items) • Develop and implement sampling campaign for all channels. • Set and implement plan for KA activities and events. • Responsible for implementing company events. • Responsible for training of sales team, branches and distributors team. • Responsible for company’s model shops. (contract +execution +follow-up) • Carry out retailer audits to monitor implementation of merchandising initiatives and analyses competitor POS and promotional sites • Responsible for organizing and implementation of trade shows, exhibition … • Create and deliver best in class: for all Brands

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry preferably in Trade Marketing • At least Bachelors’ degree preferably in Marketing/ Business/ Industrial Engineering or any Sales relevant field • Clear understanding of market, sales & distribution, competitor activity and consumer behavior in brands and context • Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required • Professional Skill in Office specially Excel • Fluency in written and spoken English • Creative thinker with strong analytical, leadership, project management and excellent interpersonal communication, planning, negotiating and networking skills
