Job Description

Objective of the role: The purpose of this job is to create infrastructure for displaying products in chain stores, with the aim of persuading customers to buy from the organization's brands. List of responsibilities: 1. Budgeting and policy making for chain store related items 2. Communicate between marketing and sales and related policies 3. Continuous monitoring of how the sales team communicates with customers through ongoing scrutiny to these customers 4. A detailed knowledge of how the store chain department policies are handled 5. Coordinate the implementation of programs and guidelines approved by the brand manager and marketing manager. 6. Estimate the budget and cost of the project 7. Coordination and implementation of sales and sampling related matters 8. Report on competitors in target stores.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Management of all majors. Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience - preferably in chain stores (sales or marketing). Specialist knowledge: Monitoring business alignment and creativity, fashion awareness and commercialization. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Strong verbal communication skills Ability to work as a team Ability to negotiate.
