- Auditing POSMs and shelf rents with the sales team
- Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing Team, and assess against goals (KPIs)
- Training the team with product knowledge and merchandising technics
- Implementing and execution of trade marketing plan align with marketing and sales
- Identify new opportunities with trade
- Good analytical capability on market activities and effective reporting
- Ability to analyze retail audit and define a proper action plan for sales team
