Job Description - Creating and maintaining penetration. - Maintenance of display units and planogram and maintaining price strategy. - Installing POSM and maintaining those materials in his coverage. - Executing promotional activities based on defined policy. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with under coverage customers and identifying new potential customers. - Negotiating with customers for convincing them to cooperate with company. - Collecting data and prepare daily reports to line manager. - Managing daily stock and cash turnover on daily and weekly basis and reconciliation.
Requirements
Education - Diploma/ University Education Work experience & competencies: - At least 2 years working in FMCG companies with responsibilities of sales and marketing. - Communication and Negotiation Skills. - Sales and merchandising knowledge. - Dotting and routing skills. Language and computer skills: - Computer skills in terms of MS office would be an advantage. - Knowing English as foreign language is a plus.
