Job Description

Role description: ● Collaborating with marketing colleagues, the commercial team and other internal partners to ensure that project deadlines and advertising sales revenue targets are met. ● Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market. ● Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy. ● Working with Cross Functional teams to implement strategies to push sales. ● Arranging and attending client meetings. ● Monitoring and reporting on competitors campaigns and promotions. ● Leading the marketing team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets. ● Tracking the performance of the team. ● Providing marketing reports and annual budgeting. ● Supervising and organizing for all related exhibitions and seminars. ● Collaborating in pricing and discounts strategy process. ● Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and product development. ● Reporting to: CEO. ● Recommending budget expenditures and evaluate return on investment.

Requirements

Requirements: ● MBA degree. ● Minimum 5 years’ experience. ● Multi task capability and team working. ● Eager to activated challenging targets. ● Effective negotiation skills. ● Problem solving. ● Excellent skills in computer. ● Ideal age range: 30 - 45 years old.
