Job Description

• Designs and implements Bel's categories visions, strategies and trade roadmaps. He/she defines the objectives for each category and is responsible for the development of performant commercial drivers, taking into account customers and channels’ specificities. • Recommend and is accountable for the trade funds spending strategy & guidelines. • Key player of the demand review while proactively providing detailed understanding of Vol / Net Sales/ Spending by sales team and anticipation of risks & opportunities. • Preparing monthly grid (monthly policies, targets, budgets, trade drives) - Deploying initiatives, promotions, by Brand/Channels/SKU) • Review BTL and promotional operations, recommendation and Implementation of new action plans in line with Trade Marketing budget • Actively Keep competition intelligence data base up to date and perform regular reporting • Development of promotional plans and innovative and impactful visibility while optimizing the use of budgets • Analyze panels or internal data (distribution indicators ND / WD, OOS ..) and set targets for distribution KPI for each sales channel • Develop media sales force in connection with the marketing team and Key Account Management • Translates Marketing strategies into sales plans • Develop media Resale POS and other visibility tools, animations tastings and other trade activations • Develop, plan and implement promotional activities by distribution channel • Coordination between the planes of Sales and Marketing Plans with the focus on Key Accounts

Requirements

• From 5 to 7 years of experience in sales (including customer & field successful experience) with a deep market & channel understanding. Deep knowledge of channel dynamics, category management and in store commercial drivers. Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, category management. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related fields • Excellent verbal and written English communication • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS office applications. • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and flow to work as needed • Strong collaboration & communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal / external stakeholders and team working in a complex multi-functional environment • Outstanding leadership skills, ability to make timely decisions and influence senior leaders • Strong strategic analytical thinking, creative & innovative thinking, pro-active & can-do attitude • Agility, ability to integrate change in a dynamic environment, be flexible & adapt to changing conditions and plans, ability to drive solutions that meet both brand requirements and local commercial realities • Ability to inspire, lead and motivate team members, performance management, recruitment & training • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics, commercial environment, financial acumen • Ownership, including capabilities for making improvements to core work processes and systems if necessary • Hands-on, detail-oriented with operational thinking, while operating with a sense of urgency • Being good with numbers is essential • Having strong analytical skills to deep dive data to understanding of their behaviors
