Job Description

Main purpose of the job: To adapt category strategies to country needs and drive/manage them across channels/customers and follow through on the execution of category/brand plans to achieve set KPIs. Main Responsibilities: • Responsible to ensure that category volume/value and Organic Growth are achieved by country within category allocated budgets • Translate Market category & brand objectives into country/channel category objectives in coordination with the sales teams while understanding and analyzing the Integrated Commercial Planning Process: Situation Analysis, Creating Winning Channel Activations and Objectives, Strategy, Tactics and Activities. • Define and help maintain the core range distribution and merchandizing guidelines by channel. Analyze and recommend action plans, when needed, on numeric distribution, weighted distribution, core range, planograms. • Ensure efficient implementation & evaluation of Point Of Sales Material at point of purchase based on picture of success and merchandising guidelines in alignment with the sales team (Quantities & Timelines) and the effective utilization of Point Of Sales Material according to trade plans. • Lead and execute regional activities and country specific promotional process per category based on regional and local promo Sales Operation Plan (Defining objectives, briefing, coordinating the implementation and Pre/Post evaluation of all promotions) • Responsible to conduct market visits in the country across all channels focusing on Point Of Purchase drivers, shelf life, and competitor activities. Based on shopper observation, recommend actionable in store solutions within the trade channels. • Lead the Monthly Sales Review process at country level and participate in the Monthly Business Planning Cycle meetings • Ensure effective new product launches and/or line extensions on a country level through the implementation plan and organizing category roadshows/ presentations for the sales teams • Responsible for defining and optimizing Delegated Product Mix Marketing Expense strategy and allocation, annual budgets and investment, accountable for tracking and maintaining spending. • Trade Marketing Manager is required to track the Total Trade Spending on monthly basis by activity and ensure optimal spending. • Analyze and provide recommendations/action plans for country reports (Market share, distribution, etc.) where applicable and analyze and action sell-out data. • Prepare a monthly report reviewing competition in trade, highlighting the key highlights and dynamics and eventually turn gathered data to actionable insights. • Closely working with the demand to ensure a regular flow of supply in order to secure previously agreed on monthly targets. • Lead the e-commerce channel, engage with internal and external stakeholders to grow the channel, set the annual calendar for activities with a proper evaluation done after.

Requirements

- Must be fluent in English - + 2-3 commercial experience, previous experience in sales & marketing. - Demonstrable record of success & performance. - Understand key business functions and selling process. - Flexible with traveling across the country
