Job Description

Objective: • To strategically partner with Sales & Customers to develop our mutual business to deliver profitable revenue and share growth. Enabling us to deliver competitive advantage to our customers by driving retailer category growth, and contributing to their category strategies, whilst ensuring our brands win disproportionately in the market. • Is the contact point/person between the marketing department, product development and sales teams to ensure the implementation of the Annual Sales Plan & achievement of the Sales objectives The role: - Collaborates with the Sales Manager and Regional Dairy Sales Managers to create one category Annual Business Plan. - Leads the planning, process, budgeting and implementation of the category promotion plan, including in store activities, and point of sales materials. - Working with key sales managers, account managers & brand managers to develop winning category plans - Supports local teams in the execution of their category & product training programs - Ensures that the local, regional, channel feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, branches, customers and stores. - Create sales Forecast monthly - Sales Goal setting for different market monthly - Data analysis and preparation of different reports - Price analysis and pricing proposition
