Job Description

● Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure the proper strategy is in place to meet both brand and customer expectations. ● Be responsible for the category trade budget, managing the budget on a monthly basis, and ensuring the investments are in allocated percentage. ● Make sales allocation on a monthly basis region/area for sales teams. (whenever required). ● Check distributor stock levels and planning replenishment of stock and evaluating sales forecast versus production planning forecast and making adjustments as per need. ● Check and evaluating coverage category-wise – region/area-wise. ● Follow up on channel-wise sellout to ensure sellout versus sell-in is maintained at a healthy level. ● Track and maintain shelf prices – tracking competition promotions and suggesting promotions/activities counter the competition. ● Identify and develop a necessary point of sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction. ● Develop consumer/customer promotions in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team to support market executions. ● Create and maintain a trade calendar of activities working with both the Retail & Marketing team. ● Monitor and evaluate TM programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed. ● Carry out specific trade marketing programs, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers, and brand equity. ● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets. ● Report sales needs and field intelligence to commercial/marketing teams. ● Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities.

Requirements
