Job Description

● Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure the proper strategy is in place. ● Responsible for the category trade budget. ● Make sales allocation on a monthly basis region/area for sales teams (whenever required). ● Check distributor stock levels and plan replenishment of stock and evaluate sales forecast versus production planning forecast and make adjustments as per need. ● Check and evaluate coverage category-wise – region/area-wise. ● Follow up on channel-wise sell-outs. ● Track and maintain shelf prices. ● Identify and develop a necessary point of sales tools. ● Develop consumer/customer promotions. ● Create and maintain a trade calendar of activities. ● Monitor and evaluate TM programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed. ● Carry out specific trade marketing programs. ● Report sales needs and field intelligence to commercial/marketing teams. ● Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific trade marketing activities.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or other managerial-related fields; or an MBA graduate. ● Intermediate level of English/Turkish. ● Product knowledge. ● Market and competitor financial analysis. ● Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
