Job Description

The main purpose of the job As Trade Marketer, you are responsible for developing a category vision, channel vision and policy for Hair care and Skin Care products, relevant segments and channels in line with the commercial strategy. Main Responsibilities - To create a competitive advantage through channel/segment knowledge & Customer and Shopper understanding - Effectively cooperating with Sales and brand marketing to deliver one (consumer, shopper and customer) commercial proposition - To analyze and develop clear conclusions that are used to drive winning channel strategy, plans and execution - To ensure a well-integrated approach between Brand, Channel and Customer plans - To prioritize channels and regions based on agreed criteria (such as volume, value, profitability, image, growth potential) - To develop category management tactics (e.g. assortment, consumer pricing, promotion and shelf presentation)

Requirements

- University degree preferably in Business Administration - 6 years of trade marketing and/or commercial (managerial) experience in a similar role (Experience in multi-cultural, multi-national companies, FMCG industry is an advantage) - Excellent command in English
