We would like to expand our tours especially to Europe and creating new routes and itineraries for potential clients, an experienced tour manager who could supervise the team with his knowledge and creativity and has enough accuracy to design and improve services quality is our most welcomed colleague. (Nike travel is an appointed travel company of 4 European embassy in Tehran) Job’s main responsibility: - Acting as product manager for all the routes & supervising agents who respond to the passengers - Planning creative packages & continuously monitoring the targets - Managing quality of work by checking the passengers and market feedback. - Monitoring to ensure minimizing errors and team performance - Answer to customers calls /emails/partners. - Managing all general planning issues for a project or production
