Job Description

1. Maintenance and Support of Subscriber Accounts 2. Monitoring continuously the charging system to ensure of correct operation 3. Voucher cards capacity management 4. Preparation of financial documentation and reports 5. Collaborate with other departments and offices related to the charging process (finance, supply chain, etc.) 6. Analyze possible financial problems and fix them 7. Identify financial development strategies 8. Access management for financial affairs 9. Identify and announce of financial mismatches 10. Technical review and implementation of RFCs from the relevant units

Requirements

• BS+ in Information Technology, Electrical or Computer Engineering, telecommunication, or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience • Familiar with telecom standard. Strong work ethic and commitment to accomplish assigned tasks with a sense of urgency • Strong aptitude for active learning and growth • Experience teaching yourself technical subjects. Good Knowledge in English language • Share knowledge .negotiation competency and other soft skills, including: • Written • Verbal • Problem solving • Decision making • Critical thinking.
