Job Description

-Contribute to the trial program in order to come up with proposals regarding the assortment -Plan, Implement the TRL, SCR activities locally, follow up the fields and growers advisory to get the best results -Initiate the introduction of new varieties and propose on price level, and product forms in order to contribute to commercial success of new varieties -Follow up & Support distributor to meet the sales figures to boost the sales aligned with company position and to increase the market share -Create demand on the ground with regular visits of the growers, nurseries and Planning & implementation of events to promote varieties -Formulate and negotiate with customers regarding annual and/or more annual contracts and concepts, within broader guidelines, in order to realize the short term sales targets and the long term partnership relation -Prepare market study for company including seeds position in the market and its future, trends, prices, new varieties, competitor’s activities, performance evaluation of market players -Plan and execute marketing activities in cooperation with distributors, prepare the marketing plan for the assigned crop and to be aligned with CoSM, CSM and the distributor -Proactive communication with CoSM, CSM, RPDS, distributor, Key customers and all other stakeholders. -Regular reports to CoSM, CSM, and GPDS

Requirements

-Bachelor degree in agriculture or relevant field -2 years’ work experience in agriculture field -Familiar with Windows and MS Office applications -Driving License and ability to travel all over the country routinely. (No travel restriction domestic and international) -Candidate location should be in South of Iran (Fars/ Hormozgan /Bushehr or others) -Ability to communicate effectively with openness and clarity -Result oriented, hardworking and a good team player -English working knowledge
