Job Description

● Plan, organize, lead and control all sales and marketing activities. ● Develop market share. ● Lead and develop a highly motivated and well-performing sales team. ● Manage daily sales operations. ● Develop an accurate seasonal and fiscal year sales forecast. ● Compile and analyze sales figures. ● Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance. ● Meet consumer finance and sales tasks. ● Visit the market routinely to gather data and supervise the productivity of the sales team. Also deciding the best strategy based on data has been gathered from the market.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Management or related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, especially in the automotive industry. ● Strategic and systematic thinking ability and excellent communication skills. ● Full command of sales development. ● Ability to negotiate effectively with customers. ● Ability to guide and lead. ● Motivated and initiative. ● Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
