About Snapp: Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. Responsibilities: ● Improve the time attendance process in order to decrease closing in the calculation of time attendance. ● Maintain databases of employee timekeeping records, check and inspect timekeeping records for errors and rectify and manage timekeeping records of employees. (personnel attendance, register the newcomer, terminate and disable accounts if needed, etc.). ● Control and supervise working shifts to change the working shift based on department requests and determine the shift work balance. ● Answer and respond to employees on timekeeping issues. ● Execute timekeeping clerical duties to the payroll department. ● Prepare complete attendance report (overtime, mission, leave balance, sick leave, shift allowance, night allowance) for all ventures. ● Prepare the leave balance of terminated employees and report to the operations team. ● Control personnel overtime and make reports for all departments in order to take required approval monthly.

Requirements

● Knowledge of labor law and time attendance law. ● Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Familiar with the type of working shift and how to calculate overtime, night shift, leave, etc. ● Familiar with Chargoon software. ● Detail-oriented. ● Strong problem-solving skills. ● Communication and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent customer service skills.
