Job Description

- Determine the product collection according to the perception of the customer - create a sale and buying product budget - Follow all the steps from order placement to shipment to the store (CPS) - To set prices, provide reports on prices and order deliveries, in order to increase the sales and profitability. - To keep track of sourcing processes of the products (CPS management), to have meetings with the costumers. - To Make weekly store and competitor visits in order to identify the target customers and to know their expectations. - Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. - Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. - Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. - Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. - Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. - Maintain and nurture existing customers’ relations - Developing new customers in the chemicals field - Meeting & improving existing Sales target - Analyze market and industry trends to report the forecasts & new opportunities to the CEO - Knowing Competitors in the chemical & textile fields - Communicate with senior Management to meet sales targets to increase their productivity - Contribute to making improvements to existing systems, practices and approaches - Cooperate with Commercial & Accounting departments - Prepare and submit report of sales to the CEO

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Textile Engineering. - Nature and length of previous experience: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar position - Familiar with textile dyes - Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. - Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction - Familiar with budgeting and sales planning. - Familiar with marketing. - Administration and Management: - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources - Good command of English. - Experienced in customer relationship management
