Job Description ● Team to develop tender strategy. ● Responsible for all aspects related to tenders documents submission. ● Reviewing tenders/draft contracts terms & conditions. ● To review draft tender documents and to prepare commercial & technical bid proposal. ● Study the tender datasheet/clarification responses from client and sending inquiries to the vendors to get the offers as per final information from client. ● Attend tender meetings with Client when required ● To handle incoming tenders.
Requirements
Requirements: ● Knowledge of filling the tender documents. ● Preparing of Tender Documents, technical and financial offer. ● Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Tender Engineer role. ● Experience of dealing with complex tenders. ● Excellent Customer focus ● teamwork ● flexibility ● negotiation skills ● problem solving ● creativity and innovation. ● Excellent Knowledge of MS Office and Excel ● Relevant experience in Oil, gas and Petrochemicals will be considered as an advantage.
