Requirements
● Master's degree in Chemical, or Polymer Engineering.
● Experience in supervising others.
● Familiarity with all engineering disciplines related to a process engineer, (I&C, electrical, piping, mechanics and etc.) and general engineering knowledge.
● Conflict resolution technics (inter/Intra disciplinary).
● Managerial experience in HR.
● Fluent in creating team positive relationships and managing conflicts.
● Good knowledge of Aspen HYSYS, AutoCAD electrical, and Microsoft Excel.
● Fluent in English.
