Job Description

-Activate the active telephone network -Perform all active equipment of fixed telephone network according to the design unit design -Launches SHATEL Interconnection Links with Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and Other Operators in Tehran -Setting up and maintaining communications for corporate subscribers -Affiliate Support -Representatives' guidance to physically connect and track telephony with telecommunication and infrastructure experts -To make link software settings -Core Tech Support -Troubleshoot the problems encountered on communication links and all calls -Periodic Testing of Links and Calls in Tehran and Provinces and Documentation -Daily and periodic traffic and traffic monitoring of the voice network -Organizational Customer Support -Tracking the technical issues of corporate subscribers and communicating directly with them -Documentation and Reporting -Documenting and reporting all changes and fixes of network failures
