Summary - Employed in this job, is responsible for the planning and implementation of ICT trainings. Applicants should also have expertise in the field of IT and ICT, both in the field of training and getting to know the technical topics in the telecommunications industry. The purpose of this job is the quantitative and qualitative development of the training process for the development of job competencies and the training of the human resources required by the organization. job description 1) Collaborating on the development and implementation of knowledge development strategies and ICT technologies training strategies to continuously increase the ability of employees to compete. 2) Collaborating on the development of competency matrix in ICT and mobile related jobs to determine the technological training needs of employees. 3) Identifying different methods of assessing technological knowledge in order to measure the level of knowledge, skills and competencies of employees in the technological professions. 4) Extracting ICT & mobile technologies trainings needs regarding the expected competencies of staff. 5) Developing the programs of technological trainings for employees and managers to increase job productivity and facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. 6) Providing a training program in partnership with the Training Planning Office to integrate training programs and facilitate the implementation and monitoring of them. 7) Identifying and establishing relationships with internal and external training providers in order to plan and hold high quality training courses. 8) Assessing the performance of the internal and external training institutions collaborating with the company to continuously improve the level of trainings. 9) Analyzing the competencies gap between To-Be and As-Is status of the staff regarding the competencies and skills required in the technological jobs in order to plan the technical trainings needed by the employees. 10) Developing the policies of planning technological trainings for the employees. 11) Notifying network security events to prevent or counteract them 12) Identification; registration and declaration of safety inconsistencies; occupational and environmental health for the timely corrective and preventive measures 13) Preparedness to respond to emergencies in order to increase, maintain and promote health, occupational health and safety

Requirements

- Bachelor/Master Degree in IT, Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunication industry and relevant fields - Age Range: 25 - 35 - Getting to know the technical topics in the telecommunications industry - Full fluency in English. - Skill in Microsoft Office, SPSS in particular. - Effective communication skills. - Challenging thinking: the ability to choose the best solution and approach to problem solving. - Information Transfer: The ability to transfer knowledge and information to others. - Active learning: the ability to understand comprehension in order to solve the problem and make decisions. - Time Management: Ability to manage your time and others. - Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with others in a team. - Analytical thinking: the ability to solve problems using a systematic approach. - Concluding: the ability to focus on the results set for the individual or organizational unit, targeting, planning for achieving goals, and achieving goals.
