Job Description

● Agile coaching. ● Team building. ● Train and mentor an effective software development team. ● Design, develop and operate effective software that meets complex requirements. ● Ensure troubleshooting and resolution of issues throughout the product life cycle including out-of-hours support for incident resolution. ● Ensure that the team’s technical product documentation is always complete, accurate, and coherent. ● Learn new technologies, keep abreast of existing technologies, and help introduce them where appropriate. ● Promote skills, knowledge sharing, and personal development.

Requirements

● More than seven years of experience. ● Senior level (.NET, C# or React) experience. ● Work experience with Microservice Architectures. ● SQL database experience. ● Strong organizational leadership skills and previous experience as a team lead. ● Strong organizational skills, both for yourself and the team. ● Effective and clear communication skills - written and verbal. ● Knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management. ● Scrum Master certification or equivalent work experience on an Agile Scrum team.
