Job Description

- Working with monitoring programs including PRTG - Detecting and solving problems related to Windows and Linux - Working with database programs (Pl/SQL, Oracle) - Working night shifts on a regular basis - Cooperating with different teams to assure smooth functioning

Requirements

- Over 3 years of experience as support specialist - Familiar with VB scripting - Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS - Ability to speak English is a must - Self-learner, motivated, and high sense of responsibility - Team worker and an excellent communication skill - Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30
